Sleep It Off
This design was created to help people get deep and meaningful sleep. For people who have trouble falling asleep, getting to sleep, staying asleep, or with sleep disorders including insomnia, my goal in creating this healing art was to send the energy needed to help clear your mind so you can get some healthy sleep. Once you are asleep and without worries on your mind, it is my hope that you can communicate with your guardian angel, or whomever it is that you contact for guidance in your life when looking toward the future. Of course the result should be better health, more clear thinking abilities and an overall enjoyable life!
As I tried to understand the meaning of the dreams I was having, it took me a while to realize that sleep is necessary for a clear mind. And the best way to stop drinking and driving (other than the obvious – quit drinking alcohol) is to sleep it off first and then, once your mind is clear again you can thinking about getting back behind the wheel.
Let’s work together to stop drunk driving!
If you ever come across someone his is going to drive after drinking any amount of alcohol, please stop them. Offer them a ride, or call them a taxi. When you go out drinking yourself, be sure to plan ahead. Don’t drive to the place you’ll be drinking at, and make sure you will either have a place to sleep it off afterward, or someone to give you a ride home.

The idea and melody for this picture came directly from a dream. When I woke up I thought it was to stop people from driving drunk (under the influence of alcohol or any other dangerous substance). I also took it as the energy to help people who have trouble getting enough sleep (my self included.)
If you want to achieve better sleep patterns, become more spiritually aware, stop drunk driving (sleep it off before you drive!) or simply clear your mind so you can handle problems better, this healing art is for you.
There are two points to this design, stop driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol (sleep it off first), and simply sleeping better.
